Description

A modern interpretation of a Black Forest cake, crafted with three layers of soft vegan chocolate sponge soaked lightly with dark rum and layered with a glossy sour cherry filling. Finished with dark chocolate ganache for a restrained, elegant finish that balances deep cocoa notes with bright cherry acidity and gentle warmth from the rum.


Made in small batches using whole wheat flour, real cherries, and all-natural ingredients.

Ingredients

Organic whole wheat flour, cornflour, cocoa powder, organic cane sugar, maple syrup, neutral oil, coconut milk, dark chocolate, cherries, dark rum, vegan butter, lemon juice, vanilla extract, coffee, aluminum free baking powder, aluminum free baking soda, and salt.


Storage & Handling

Store refrigerated at all times. For the best texture and flavour, remove the cake from the refrigerator 20–30 minutes before serving. Slice using a sharp knife cleaned between cuts for neat layers. Best enjoyed within 2–3 days of delivery. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight.
