Crafted in small batches using whole wheat flour, dark couverture chocolate, vegan butter, and unrefined sugars, this brookie balances rich cocoa depth with a chewy cookie top scattered with molten chocolate pockets. The brownie layer remains dense and fudgy, while the cookie stays soft at the centre with delicate crisp edges.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
