Bakeart is a vegan patisserie based in New Delhi  and a quiet labour of love, more than a decade in the making.

It began, as most meaningful things do, with a question: why should plant-based desserts be anything less than extraordinary? That question has driven every decision since, the ingredients we choose, the methods we honour, and the standard we hold ourselves to, without exception.

We work in small, carefully controlled batches, largely to order, on scheduled production days. This unhurried rhythm is not a constraint; it is a commitment. To freshness. To precision. To the belief that something made slowly and with full attention will always be worth the wait.
