Ordering & Production
Bakeart follows a made-to-order, small-batch baking model. Orders are accepted in advance and prepared on scheduled production days rather than produced daily.
Once an order is confirmed, it is baked specifically for the customer. For this reason, modifications or cancellations are not possible after confirmation.
This structure allows us to maintain ingredient discipline, freshness, and consistency across all products.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are shared after order confirmation and depend on the product type, production schedule, and delivery location.
Bakeart works with trusted third-party delivery partners. While we take care to package products securely, delivery timelines and handling are managed by the courier once the order leaves our facility.
Same-day delivery is not offered.
Storage & Handling
Bakeart products are prepared fresh and may require specific storage after delivery. Storage guidance is provided on individual product pages.
Product quality may be affected if storage instructions are not followed after receipt.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, refunds or cancellations are not available once production has begun.
In the unlikely event of an issue directly attributable to Bakeart, we will review the matter and offer a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Allergens & Dietary Information
Ingredient and allergen details are listed on individual product pages.
Bakeart does not operate a gluten-free or nut-free facility. Customers are advised to review ingredient information carefully before placing an order.
