Description
This cheesecake is composed of a gluten-free cookie base prepared using erythritol, stevia, and aluminium-free baking agents. The chocolate cheesecake layer is formulated with coconut milk, cashews, agar, and a calibrated blend of erythritol and stevia. The topping consists of organic strawberry, gelled with agar and sweetened exclusively with erythritol.
No refined sugar, preservatives, or chemical additives. Made to order on limited production days.
Although gluten-free ingredients are used, Bakeart does not operate a gluten-free kitchen facility.
