Description

A soft, slow-cooked cashew sweet folded with cardamom and raisin, hand-rolled and finished in a coat of real dried rose petals. Delicate, floral, and not too sweet — the kind of mithai that looks like a jewel and tastes like one.

Made fresh in small batches with just a handful of clean ingredients: whole cashews, unrefined cane sugar, raisins, cardamom and rose. No preservatives, no artificial colours, no shortcuts. Fully vegan.

Each piece is shaped and petal-wrapped by hand, so no two are quite alike.

Cashews, unrefined cane sugar, raisins, vegan butter, dried rose petals, cardamom, salt.

Storage & Handling

Keep in an airtight box in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Best enjoyed within 5–7 days.

• In warm weather (30°C+), refrigerate and enjoy within 2–3 days.

• Refrigerated in an airtight box, they keep up to 2–3 weeks. Bring to room temperature before serving for the best flavour and texture.

• To keep longer, freeze in an airtight box for up to 2–3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge, then bring to room temperature before serving. Do not refreeze.

• The rose petals are a natural garnish — handle gently, as a few may loosen in transit.

Shelf Life

Best before: 7 days from purchase, stored cool and airtight. Refrigerate in hot weather.
