Description
A silky vegan mango cheesecake layered over a delicate whole wheat cookie base and finished with a glossy Alphonso mango gel. Smooth cashew, cultured vegan curd and tropical mango create a clean, elegant dessert with a luxurious melt-in-the-mouth finish.
Ingredients
Organic whole wheat flour, corn flour, unrefined sugar, vegan butter, raw cashews, thick vegan curd, thin coconut milk, seasonal mango puree, lemon juice, agar agar powder, vanilla essence and salt.
Storage & Handling
Keep refrigerated at all times between 2–5°C. Serve chilled for the best texture and flavour. Store in an airtight container or cake box away from strong odours and direct sunlight. Do not leave at room temperature for extended periods, especially in warm weather.
Shelf Life
Best enjoyed within 3 days of preparation. Keeps refrigerated for up to 4 days. This cheesecake may also be frozen for up to 3 weeks if stored airtight and thawed slowly under refrigeration before serving.
