Hand-shaped, ultra-thin millet pastry filled with slow-roasted cashews, almonds, coconut and naturally sweet dates.
This is a lighter, contemporary interpretation of the classic gujiya — baked, not fried.Crafted in small batches using foxtail millet, jowar and rice flour for a delicate crisp shell and a rich, nut-forward centre.
No refined sugar . No preservatives. Made only to order.

Ingredients
Foxtail millet flour, jowar flour, rice flour, tapioca starch, cashews, almonds, desiccated coconut, soft dates, raisins, vegan butter, cardamom, nutmeg, salt.
Storage & Handling
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Keep in a cool, dry place away from humidity.
Do not refrigerate (refrigeration softens the shell).
If shell softens slightly, warm in a preheated oven at 120°C for 5–6 minutes and cool before serving.
Shelf Life
Best consumed within 48 hours of delivery for optimal crispness.
Can be enjoyed up to 3 days from production if stored correctly.
